Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
The Bordetella (or kennel cough) vaccine is recommended by 6 weeks of age, then typically given annually. Although not required by the state, due to the highly contagious nature of the illness. We do require this vaccine to be up to date.
As with anything related to your dog’s health, check with your veterinarian if you have any questions or concerns.
Recommended Vaccinations
We highly recommend your dog receiving an annual influenza shot. Although this is not required, this vaccine can be life-saving, as canine influenza (or dog flu) is highly contagious and can be deadly for pups with weakened immune systems.
Additional Information
Please note that a rabies tag on a pet collar is not acceptable proof of vaccination.
All vaccinations must have been administered by a veterinarian.
All dogs must be on flea and tick preventative year round.
